1. DATA COLLECTION AND IDENTIFIERS

We respect your privacy. Since VoltDrama supports Guest Mode, we do not require you to provide a name or email to use the service (including paid features). However, to provide and improve our services (including free and paid features), we collect:

• Unique Device Identifiers: (e.g., GAID for Android or internal Hardware ID) to track your app usage, attribution, and link paid feature purchases (coins/subscriptions) to your device.
• Advertising Identifiers: We use these IDs to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on third-party platforms.
• Device Metadata: Device model, Android OS version, language, and time zone.
• Usage Data: Watch history, app interaction logs, and usage of paid features (e.g., coin consumption, subscription status).
• Payment-Related Data (via Adapty): We collect de-identified payment transaction data (e.g., purchase timestamp, type of purchase (coin/subscription), amount in local currency) to process purchases and resolve billing issues. We do not store your full payment method details (e.g., credit card numbers) – these are handled exclusively by Google Play and Adapty.

2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DATA SHARING

To operate VoltDrama (including paid features) and optimize our marketing efforts, we share de-identified data with the following service providers:

• Singular: For mobile attribution and marketing analytics (tracking which ads led you to our app).
• Marketing Partners (Meta/Facebook, TikTok): To serve relevant advertisements to you and measure the performance of our ad campaigns.
• Adapty: To process in-app purchases (coins, subscriptions), track subscription status, and manage auto-renewal. Adapty collects de-identified device and purchase data in accordance with their privacy policy (https://adapty.io/privacy).
• Google Play: To process payment transactions for paid features. Google Play's privacy policy applies (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

3. ADVERTISING AND TRACKING

We use advertising identifiers to:

• Attribute installations to specific marketing campaigns.
• Perform "Re-marketing" activities (showing relevant VoltDrama content to users on other platforms).
• Opt-out: You can opt-out of ad tracking at any time through your Android device settings (e.g., "Opt out of Interest-Based Ads" or "Delete advertising ID" depending on your OS version). Opting out does not affect your ability to use paid features.

4. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

Since we rely on Device IDs, deleting the app or clearing cache may result in the deletion of your local profile data (including free/paid feature usage history). We retain de-identified purchase data (coins/subscriptions) for the duration necessary to provide the Service, resolve billing disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations (e.g., tax records). We do not retain payment method details.

5. PAID FEATURES DATA PRIVACY

• Subscription auto-renewal status is linked to your Device ID and Google Play account – we do not store this data beyond what is necessary to provide access to premium content.
• Coin balance data is stored locally on your device (linked to Device ID) and synced with Adapty for purchase verification only.
• We do not share purchase data with third parties (except Adapty/Google Play) for marketing purposes without your implicit consent (via use of the Service).
